The Best Ways for Effective
Weight Control

If your answer is yes to any of the above questions, you need to read on. There is hope!

The following information and strategies have been proven to be effective for me to lose fifty (50) pounds and keep it off for over three decades.  Thousands of my clients have also done the same!   The first step is to understand the causes of overweight problems.

Causes of Overweight Problems
Major causes of being overweight include poor eating habits, yeast and parasitic infections, thyroid dysfunction, psychological stress and spiritual imbalance.

Poor Eating Habits:
An average American eats 120 pounds of sugar per year. From birth to age 70, on the average, an American eats eight cows, nine pigs and 15,000 eggs. A well-balanced diet should contain less than 20% fat, less than 20% protein and about 40% complex carbohydrates. Excess intake of fat, protein and sugar can turn into over-storage of fat.

Americans also tend to overeat or not to eat at regular hours. Some skip breakfast and others have big meals right before bedtime. Irregular hours and portions can confuse your biological clock and jeopardize your metabolic function.

Yeast and Parasitic Infections:
Yeast and parasitic infections have been misdiagnosed and improperly treated by most medical professionals. In addition to other symptoms ranging from head to toe (see details in my book, “Break-ing the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing,”), a persistent overweight condition can be an indication that your metabolic function is being jeopardized by stubborn yeast and parasitic infections.

Yeasts and parasites can creep into any part of your body, especially sites which are weak to begin with. If your thyroid gland is weak, then opportunistic yeasts and parasites can particularly affect your metabolic function and cause further deterioration. If yeast and parasitic infections are not corrected, the weight problem will persist.

Hypothyroidism:    
Severe hypothyroidism manifests symptoms such as obesity, constipation, dry skin, cold intolerance, hair loss, puffy face and mental retardation. Contributing factors include congenital and environmental causes. The latter includes poor eating habits. Constant excessive consumption of sugar causes overwork and exhaustion of the thyroid gland. On top of it all, untreated yeast and parasitic infections will further weaken your thyroid function.

Psychological Stress:
Some of you might find yourselves in constant crises. For those of you who are used to a dysfunctional behavioral pattern, you feel anxious or uneasy if your lives are peaceful. Somehow you have to create a situation where there is constant chaos, and thus your frantic behavior can be justified. If you are not able to manage stress effectively, you will more likely indulge yourself in emotional eating. Food is a symbol of love and comfort across cultures, especially for those of you who associate food with parental approval and attention.

Spiritual Imbalance:
One of the reasons for you to be stubbornly over weight is that you suffer from spiritual imbalance. You might carry a great deal of  “unfinished business” on your shoulders. In most cases, you crave approval from your parents.  You may be angry and hurt because you were abused sexually, mentally or physically during your childhood.

The most common emotions resulting from this are anger, resentment, grief and regret. You might even feel sorry for yourself and feel that your negative feelings are well justified. Usually you are unclear about the purpose of your existence. Some of you may  “live to eat,” instead of “eating to live.”

 
Treatment for Overweight Conditions
In order to control your weight effectively, you need to learn to nourish your body and mind on a consistent basis. Getting and staying trim is a lifelong project. No crash diets, injections, medications, or surgeries can achieve this purpose.

Anti-Yeast Nutritional Program:
An important step in the right direction is weaning yourself from foods containing sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and chemicals. Stop putting poisonous or highly-allergenic foods into your body. Give your thyroid a chance to rest and regenerate. Herbal Therapy:
For those of you who have a long history of being overweight, you need to consider herbal formulas specifically designed for weight control as an additional measure. Most Americans overeat. A traditional Chinese belief is that you should not eat more than a handful of food for each meal. 2. Eliminate Fats from Foods:
The Standard American Diet (SAD) usually contains 40% to 60% fat in a given meal (a cheeseburger is a good example.)  If you wish to reduce your weight, you need to learn to eat sensibly and avoid foods containing a high amount of fat. However, as a human being, sometimes you deviate unknowingly.

A good herbal formula for weight control will also eliminate a good portion of the fat you put in your body. Manage Stress Effectively:

Life is like school: before you can obtain a diploma or degree, you must be willing and able to do your homework and pass a series of tests, whether you like it or not. The good news is even if you fail, the universe will provide you with unlimited opportunities to go through the tests again and again until you pass them! Therefore, your clock is not ticking. Time is irrelevant!

Restore Spiritual Balance:
Spiritually speaking, we all chose our destiny when we were born into this life. No matter what kind of life situation we are in, we are given an opportunity to learn to have the strength, tenacity, wisdom and faith to overcome obstacles and excel.

The only way to get out of the rut of a dysfunctional life situation is to exercise your unconditional love (caring) and wisdom.

Use the principles of understanding, accepting, forgiving and releasing. Once you can release the negative emotions toward those who have done you wrong, you can release the negative past that has been haunting you. When you no longer carry the old baggage, you no longer carry the excess weight! Love and respect yourself as the most unique, creative and miraculous person in the world.

Your weight and health problems did not occur overnight. Naturally, becoming trim and getting well takes time. Only your understanding of the illness and wellness process, commitment, and patience will bring you positive and permanent results!
