Body, Healthy Mind
and Healthy Income!
By Dr. Juliet Tien (Dr. J), D. N. Sc.
ďWith health, you can do anything; without health, nothing else matters!Ē
Everyone desires prosperity. However, everyone defines prosperity differently. To me, prosperity is a state of mind in which one succeeds and thrives. Thus, prosperity is not measured by the amount of material possessions you have; rather, it is measured by how well you feel about the process of succeeding and thriving!
Here is a good example. A few years ago, I had a couple of clients who fought often after having moved into a multi-million-dollar home. The husband and wife could not agree on the kind of bed they wanted to buy for their master bedroom, so they ended up sleeping on the floor for several months until they came to my office for consultation. Despite their increasing prosperity regarding their material possessions, they were unable to enjoy the process of acquiring it!
Peace brings prosperity! The Chinese believe that the Earth God brings prosperity to each home where there is peace and harmony! I hope it is clear to you that peace is the foundation of prosperity. If you build an edifice on a shaky foundation, no matter how tall it becomes, sooner or later it will crumble!
How, then, do you achieve a state of peace that provides a solid foundation for your prosperity? Very simple! A healthy body and healthy mind will bring you a healthy income!
I am sure that you are familiar with the concept of ďGIGOĒ ó garbage in, garbage out! A Standard American Diet (SAD) contains a large amount of sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine, chemicals and fat. All these ingredients happen to be the favorite food of yeast and parasites.
When you constantly feed your little enemies their favorite food, youíve got a continuous civil war going on in your body! In order for your body to win this war, you need to adopt an Anti-Yeast Nutritional Program. Avoid feeding your enemies with their favorite food; so that your bodyís innate intelligence has a chance to heal!
If your body is loaded with toxins from many years of abuse, use potent herbal formulas to remove them! Before you can grow a healthy, beautiful flower garden, you must clean out the weeds! Now, I donít mean that you just rush to health food stores to pick up a bottle of herbs here and there. I suggest that you consult health professionals who are knowledgeable about herbs, especially herbal formulas that will remove yeast and parasites simultaneously. Why? As Iíve repeatedly indicated in previous articles, yeast and parasites are like Siamese Twins; they come hand in hand! If you wish to learn more about this subject, go to your local public library to check out my books, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing, and Healthy and Tasty: Dr. Jís Anti-Yeast Cooking. I have donated quite a few copies to public libraries in Southern California, so you can read them for free!
What constitutes a healthy mind? By now you know the answer: peace and harmony! The purpose of life for all of us is to tame our ego, learn to surrender, and to remain at peace. Unfortunately, most human beings spend their entire lives learning how to exercise ego control. Therefore, they live in turmoil and die in agony!
If you believe that everything is a perfect expression of God (or the universe)*, you will not constantly try to control the outcome of every little detail in your life! You do the best you can, and then leave the rest to God (the universe). There is always order in the seemingly disordered life situation of an individual, family, country, or the whole world. Once you understand and accept this concept, you will easily develop a healthy mind!
Daily meditation can help you calm down the chattering in your mind and create a state of peace that brings you peace and joy! If you donít know how to meditate, there is a chapter about it in my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing. Go to your local library to read it and practice! If your mind is still entangled after reading this chapter, then consult a spiritually-oriented psychotherapist to help you cut through the jungle in your mind.
As indicated earlier, prosperity is not measured by the amount of material possessions you have. Thus, a healthy income is not how much you make; itís how well you utilize and how much you enjoy what you have! A stack of green bills hidden under your mattress is just a bunch of paper. A fire will quickly reduce them to ashes. However, if you donate the little you have to a charity for a good cause, that effect will multiply.
Some people believe that in order to prosper, they must tithe more than they can afford. If you tithe with love, instead of fear, the effect will be amplified! What you give may come back to you in a material or non-material form. Whatever that is, will enhance your love, peace and happiness.
Are you huffing and puffing to get what you need, want, and desire? If so, please digest and absorb what I share with you in this article, and allow yourself to receive the prosperity which is already waiting for you!
*Please note: Some people may feel more comfortable relating to Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, or BahŠíuíllŠh, than to ďGod.Ē As long as you can connect with a supernatural power, language is irrelevant.
