Wellness and Abundance for all at all times
(Part 1)

Every one in America has been affected, one way or the other, to a lesser or greater degree, by the September 11th event* in New York and Washington D. C. Most people are in the mode of grief, anger, fear and inertia. People are pinching pennies due to fear of the unknown future. Consequently, the economy in the United States, and in the entire world, has been negatively affected, except in American flag stores. Our best revenge is living well! In order not to satisfy the terrorists, we need to work together to create unshakable wellness and abundance! I hope this article: “Wellness and Abundance for all at all times” will serve as a wake-up call for all those who are willing to think deeply and adjust accordingly.

Definition of Wellness:
According to Webster’s dictionary, wellness is defined as: “in a satisfactory, proper, or excellent manner.” Therefore, wellness is not just absence of disease. Most people think they are healthy as long as they don’t have life-threatening diseases such as cancer or AIDS. I would like to define wellness as a satisfactory state of balance among body, mind and spirit. We need to show the terrorists we are so well balanced and strong that no matter what they do, they cannot make a dent in us!

How to be well?
In order to feel well physically, mentally and spiritually, you need to consider the following:

Anti-Yeast Nutritional Program
Yeast and parasites are embedded in the cells of your body, just like the new generation of terrorists who are embedded in American society. In order to control the “terrorists with-in,” you need to starve them by using an anti-yeast nutritional approach. As detailed in my books, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing, and Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking, the anti-yeast nutritional program contains no sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and chemicals. This nutritional approach starves the yeast and parasites in your body and induces gradual suicide in them — just like the American government starves terrorists financially with the intent to induce their dissolution.

An anti-yeast nutritional program prevents new toxins from getting into your body. Chinese herbal therapy removes old (existing) toxins from your body. Correcting Dysfunctional Habits
Dysfunctional habits are habits formed in an earlier stage of your life for the purpose of survival. When you continue to indulge in these habits to the extent that they jeopardize the balance of your body, mind and spirit, they become dysfunctional. Dysfunctional habits are usually addictive in nature. Addictions to food, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs (including marijuana), gambling, lying, and sex are all considered dysfunctional habits. People with dysfunctional habits tend to be blamers. They usually blame others for their misery.

The September 11th  event served as a good excuse for these people to feel depressed, non-motivated, and non-productive. Do you really want to make the terrorists happy?  If the answer is no, then make up your mind to correct your dysfunctional behavior! Remember the movie “The Last Emperor”? Many Chinese were addicted to opium during that time. Consequently, they were useless in defending their country when eight western countries invaded and divided China, and brought about the dissolution of the Ching dynasty.

Would you like to see history repeat itself? If not, give yourself permission to go “cold turkey” and stop all dysfunctional habits! Habits can be formed, and can also be reformed. When you decide to take 100% responsibility for your behavior, you will have the clarity and strength to correct all dysfunctional habits!

Physical Exercise
Regular physical exercise improves your blood circulation and makes it difficult for yeast and parasites to survive, since they prefer a still and non-aerobic environment. Refrain from sitting in front of the TV set for a long period of time, watching negative stories associated with the September 11th event. If you don’t have membership at a gym, slow-walking 30 minutes a day can do you wonders.

Mental Exercise
You need to strengthen your mental muscles as much as your physical muscles. Say the following affirmations 300 times a day and watch your life change for the better:

“I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, harmonious, loving, giving, loved, wealthy, healthy and happy.”  Squeaky wheels get greased first. If you discount your efforts, you will get a discounted result!

It is also important to send positive energy to the souls in the September 11th  event. It does not matter whether you believe in reincarnation or not. Just know that all souls will benefit from a peaceful transition. If you indulge in negative emotions such as sadness, anger, or a burning desire for revenge, you actually drag these souls down and make it difficult for them to transcend. Meditation, praying for peace, and sending them positive energy will do them a great favor. Since we are all affected by energy, the positive energy you send to these souls will bounce back and benefit you as well.
