Tips on Keeping Mind and Body Young
By Jesse Anson Dawn

Jesse Anson Dawn (at age 61), author of the national award-winning book, Never “Old,” plus The Rejuvenator’s Bible, speaks out about a most stirring subject: how to counteract unwanted effects of “aging.”

Presently answering the question: It’s been reported that you recently launched into what you call Transcendent Re-creation Therapy (TRT). Can you explain how TRT rejuvenates?’’

Dear Readers,
Transcendent Re-creation Therapy is a somewhat radical process that I can only recommend to those who are really serious about staying youthfully alive in a truly genuine and long-lasting way. Indeed, TRT is so intensely effective that it is aimed only at people looking to be TOTALLY transformed inside and out, so if your focus is limited to artificial types of chemo-surgical gimmicks, then TRT is surely not for you.

In essence, the crux of how TRT works is via the intense process of “starting over” (so to speak), still intensely you, but suddenly you’re a new person in a new place — a ”stranger in a strange land” — as it’s been called — all of which recalculates your ”age” down to 0 — hatching forward from the embryonic egg of 0 gleefully)…

TRT is something I’ve launched into many times, as when decades ago I moved from Philadelphia to North Africa for six months, followed by six months on the island of Trinidad, followed by moving from Santa Cruz, California to an intense year in Mexico… and then later moving on to try a year in Australia. But so far my most penetratingly effective TRT was when I moved from Los Angeles to the Philippines, living there for two years (1986 to 1988).

And now in 2006 I’m back in this peaceful, innocent and beautiful country again, living on the north coast of these greenest of green mountain islands — here in a newfound clearwater  “paradise” — typing this article in an open-air “nipa hut” on this properly pristine Philippine beach.

And as I rustle-up this refreshing release on my laptop, I nod to the sympathetic sound of azure waves blue-waving, and butterflies butter-flying (remember butterflies?), and swallows swallow-soaring (remember swallows?), and the green-eyed dragonflies flit about, and huge flocks of white storks — and at night, lightning-bugs!

All of which brings me back to my rural childhood, back when butterflies, swallows, dragonflies and lightning-bugs were commonplace. And it was so good to be reborn daily amid such precious God-gifts of natural beauty…

And it is during TRT times like these that I tend to ask myself: Is it indeed legal for a man to feel THIS healthfully good, even at this “late” age? But of course it IS legal, for I the True Youthman says it is…

As I again recall the rejuvenating power of singing (a remedy that the youthfully-childlike Filipinos seem to realize, as nearly all of them claim to be “singers” — in key or not. Thus the practice of singing in their schools is a required daily ritual for them ALL. And well it should be…

Thus it makes real sense to me that I will keep singing as long as I live, and I will keep writing songs as well — especially during these celestial celebrations of TRT.

And so ready or not, here begins another of my merry musical ditties:

And it’s oneth by land and twoeth by sea,
For in my soul-mind-body there is Trinity—
And until my very end I’ll be singing you see,
For when the soul-mind sings the body is free—ye-yee—ye—yeee…(repeat as many times as needed for relief…

And so be the power of true rejuvenation……

Jesse is presently on a long sabbatical in the Philippines, thus he’s not readily available for his Hawaii Island seminars. He can be communicated with in Asia by emailing
