Vegetarian Food?

Yeast and parasitic infections are rampant in the United States and overseas regardless of age, gender, ethnicity and geographical location.  All human beings and their pets have an equal opportunity to be infected by these little creatures at one time or other, to a greater or lesser degree.   When your body is infected with yeast and parasites, you may suffer symptoms such as: allergies, anxiety, arthritis, asthma, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), cancer, depression, diabetes, digestive problems, fatigue, foggy mind, migraine or sinus headaches, immune deficiency, phobia, Pre-Menstrual Syndrome, sexual dysfunction, over- or under-weight problems and much more. 

Most Americans are on the Standard American Diet that has created many SAD stories in their health conditions. An average American eats 120 ponds of sugar per year. From birth to age 70, on the average, an American eats eight cows, nine pigs and 15,000 eggs. A well-balanced diet should contain less than 20% fat, less than 20% protein, and more than 40% complex carbohydrate.  In my long, dark journey conquering yeast and parasitic infections, I have discovered the only way to control the overgrowth of these little enemies within is to balance your body, mind and spirit on a consistent basis.  The first step to take is following the “Eight Commandments” as I outlined in my books, “Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing” and “Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking”.  The “Eight Commandments” include: no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeast, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, nor chemicals. 

In the past 30 years, at various holistic health institutes including Dr. J’s Health Institute in Brentwood/West Los Angeles, California, and on more than 500 appearances on television and radio talk shows, I have used this simple principle to help thousands of men and women with yeast and parasitic infections to achieve amazing results. However, over the years I have heard one consistent complaint: “When I cook your way at home and follow your regimens, I feel great.  However, when I eat out, I cannot find yeast- and wheat-free foods in the restaurants!”  People who suffer from yeast and parasitic overgrowth cannot eat out and return with satisfaction and comfort. Instead, they can be haunted with food allergies.

 I have been cooking since I was six years old.  My cooking experience and knowledge of the Chinese concept of yin and yang, coupled with my personal and professional experience treating people with yeast and parasitic infections, have enabled me to create a nutritional program which is healthy and tasty. For ten years, our clients have enjoyed our frozen food. Consequently, many people have requested hot food as well. This popular demand gave birth to Dr. J’s Healthy & Tasty Restaurant in Westwood, California.
