Spiritual
Medicine
Transform Your Health, Life and Relationships
By Laurie Leah Levine
In
“Spiritual Medicine,” author Laurie Leah Levine provides readers with the
most up-to-date information on holistic health, natural therapy, spiritual and
metaphysical tools and techniques for increasing self awareness, getting in
touch with inner spirituality, staying healthy, and creating abundance and happy
relationships.
If you are ready to let go of the pain in your life and get out of your rut, the author will provide you self- improvement tools to enable you to do this.
Levine says, “The first step on the path to wholeness is to learn how to love and accept ourselves fully.” Easy to say but she actually shares her own steps to living a passionate life. First on her list is: “Take time each day to connect with yourself either by meditation, prayer or making sure you have some quiet, personal time for rest and relaxation.” Love of self is the primary ingredient to the spiritual medicine she prescribes.
“Spiritual Medicine” is about how to improve all aspects of life starting with looking at belief patterns and identifying ways in which we interact with the world. It sounds like a big order but the author has twenty years of knowledge that can be utilized into action for positive results in a step-by-step method that is easy to read. Each chapter in the book focuses on a particular area of life which includes: “Freedom from pain,” “Creating work you love,” “Loving rituals for the family,” “Having emotional freedom,” “Building successful relationships” and “Understanding life, death and beyond.”
It seems many are looking to bring more joy and fulfillment into life but aren’t sure just how to get started. It’s all in this book, which may well be the most important self-help book of the decade.

The Conflict Between Us
Is the Conflict Within Me
By Charles Leviton, Ed.D and Patti Leviton, Cht, CGIT
This is the breakthrough
book on relationship and communication! How do we define love and relationships?
How do we explain the irresistible factors that draw individual men and women to
each other? What is the chemistry that makes one person special?
Most research paints a depressing picture of relationships that start well, build to a passionate peak and then slide into disillusionment and failure.
This book contends that relationships are not blind luck or accidents of nature, fate or random connections, but tend to be an appropriate match that describes and defines where each individual is in the psychological growth pattern of balance and imbalance. Like a magnet, we draw a specific type of person who connects with us in both positive and negative ways to reflect and mirror the unfinished business of life that we need to work on within ourselves. Thus, our partner becomes a stand-in for parts of ourselves with which we are in conflict.
Journey with the Levitons as they focus on the dual needs of ALL people, the need to feel loved and equally important, the need to give love and please others. All external relationships are simply reflections of an internal conflict of these two personal hungers to love and be loved. Healing one heals the other.
