Create A Healthy Physical and Mental Environment
By Dr. Juliet Tien (Dr. J), D.N. Sc.
• Would you like to activate your ultimate potential that has been asleep?
• Would you like to look and feel 10 to 20 years younger?
• Would you like to enjoy your life regardless of your age?
If your answer is “yes” to any of the above questions, read on!
Many of you have suffered from Toxic Environment Syndrome most of your
life. Therefore, you feel and act older. Worst of all, you feel that you have
been an underachiever despite the fact you might have a high IQ or many
talents. Chances are your progress has been blocked by Toxic Environment
Syndrome.
External Toxic Environment:
Your external environment includes your living environment. An increasing number
of lawsuits have been brought against builders who built houses during the rainy
season or landlords who ignored the water leaks in a tenant-occupied apartment.
A building or office with poor air ventilation can also lead to Toxic
Environment Syndrome because the air circulating in the building can be full of
mold. A moldy physical environment can make you sick from head to toe.
The common cause for External Toxic Environment is the overgrowth of fungi. The
fungus family consists of at least 100,000 to 250,000 species. They include
yeast, mold, mildew, rot, smut and mushrooms. Yeast is the root of all
evil so far as physical health is concerned. To make the situation worse, yeast
and parasites are like Siamese Twins. When there is yeast, there are parasites!
Internal Toxic Environment:
Your internal environment includes your frame of mind and your emotional state.
If you carry any anger, resentment, regret, guilt, or fear, you are living in a
toxic mental environment! All of these negative emotions can wear down your
immune system and make you susceptible to External Toxic Environment. The
external and internal toxic environment can interplay and worsen your Toxic
Environment Syndrome!
Symptoms of Toxic Environment Syndrome:
Common symptoms range from head to toe. The following are some examples:
Head: Foggy mind, poor concentration, sinus congestion, headaches, sore throats, mid-ear infections, depression, or lethargy.
Lungs: Asthma, bronchitis, persistent coughing, or mucous.
Digestive tract: Heartburn, acid reflux, bloating, stomach pain, or the poor absorption of nutrients.
Extremities: Bursitis, fibromyalgia, arthritis-like aches and pains, poor circulation, cellulite, fungal nails, or athlete’s foot.
Skin: Acne, skin rash, psoriasis, or eczema.
Endocrine System: hypoglycemia, Pre-Menstrual Syndromes, hot flashes, mood swings, or weight loss.
Reproductive System: loss of libido, infertility, endometriosis, or prostatitis.
Elimination System: constipation, diarrhea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome,
hemorrhoids, itchy anus, or bladder infections.
If you experience many of the above symptoms, don’t despair! The following are
some recommendations for you to create a healthy physical environment:
Clean up your physical environment:
Keep your home clean and dry to avoid the overgrowth of mold. If chemicals in
your carpet make you sick, you might want to live in a home with hardwood floors
that are easier to keep clean and dry. If you are allergic to hair dyes, you
need to search for hair dyes with natural ingredients that your body can
tolerate, or simply choose health over beauty.
Your bathroom and kitchen need to be cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Make sure
the air ventilation is good in these areas. Avoid clutter. Routinely clean up
your desk and the corners of your home. Recycle unused newspapers, magazines,
books, and old mail, because they collect dust and incubate yeast.
Anti-Yeast Nutritional Program:
Adopting an Anti-Yeast nutritional program is to create a healthy environment
inside your body. It starves the existing yeast and parasites in your body so
that they will not increase the population of your “unwanted tenants.” The
principles of this nutritional program include no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no
yeast, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, and no chemicals. Go to the local
library to check out my books, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional
Love for Magic Healing, and Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking, you
will learn what to eat and what not to eat in order to rebuild your immune
system.
Herbal Therapy:
To accelerate the speed of your healing, you need to consider herbal formulas
that are specifically designed to remove yeast and parasites simultaneously, and
to cleanse your liver and kidneys. Potent formulas usually will create results
quickly. If you do “toilet watching,” you will see the debris of yeasts, eggs of
parasites, and dead bodies of mature worms. These cleansing effects will reduce
your puffiness and bloating, flatten your tummy, and make you feel and act
younger.
Clean Your Emotional Environment:
In addition to cleaning your physical environment, you also need to clean your
emotional environment. Releasing anger, resentment, regret, guilt, or fear will
set you free. When you feel free emotionally, your sensitivity to your external
environment will be minimized. Several chapters in my book teach you how to
release your negative emotions. It is available in your local libraries.
If you create and maintain a healthy physical and emotional environment on a
consistent basis, you will be able to move forward in your life smoothly and
easily. The paradise is within you when you set yourself free!
