Five Simple Steps to Ultimate Physical, Mental,
and Spiritual Fitness (Part 1)

This article has three parts. Part 1 addresses how you can educate yourself and remove toxins in your body. Part 2 discusses how you can regenerate your glands and organs, and cleanse your mental toxins. Part 3 explains how you can regenerate your physical and mental metabolic functions.

When people try to guess my age, they tend to think I am 15 years younger than my chronological age, because I am young and fit in body, mind, and spirit. Some people “blame” it on my Asian heritage. However, once upon a time, I was called “Little Pig” because I was fifty pounds overweight. In addition to weight problems, I also suffered from:

  • agonizing migraine headaches that caused me many sleepless nights;
  • dizzying sinus congestion that caused me to pass out in school;
  • poor mental concentration that made my grades fluctuate;
  • itchy and painful eczema, so bad that I could not wear shoes;
  • bloating and acid reflux that caused me frequent stomachaches; and
  • arthritis-like aches and pains that made me feel very old, even though I was in my early teens.
After a long, dark journey, I finally discovered the secret to getting rid of all these disabling symptoms, and lost 50 pounds too! I found out that what I suffered from was a severe case of yeast and parasitic infection. For over thirty years, I have maintained my ideal weight, kept my energy level high, and taken charge of my life through a simple but effective approach: yeast-free living.

This journey has led me to choose a career in which I use yeast-free nutrition, herbal therapy, and positive mental attitude to facilitate healing. This approach has helped countless people from all walks of life — from infants to the elderly, from the mentally ill to the physically disabled — and across several continents. In this article, I have broken down the healing process in five simple steps, so you too can achieve vibrant health!

Step 1: Educate Yourself
Most Americans are on the Standard American Diet (SAD). It is loaded with sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and chemicals. In addition, many people are suffering from “Hurry Syndrome”: no time to eat, rest, meditate, love, be loved, recollect and reflect …. only time to hurry, and to eventually get sick! If you are one of these people, you definitely need to educate yourself!

Step 2. Remove Toxins in Your Body
Step 1 is to get yourself educated to avoid feeding the yeast and parasites in your body with their favorite food (SAD), and to nourish your body with the right kind of food to prevent further abuse. However, if the abuse has been going on for many years, you need to remove the existing toxins so your body has a chance to heal!

The two most important factors in removing the toxins from your body are: controlling the overgrowth, and removing the excess yeast and parasites.

Controlling the Overgrowth of Yeast and Parasites:
Yeast and parasites are like “Siamese Twins.” They go hand in hand. In the herbal market today, you will find herbal formulas for yeast or parasites, but not for both. In order to enjoy long-lasting health benefits, you need to use a formula that removes yeast and parasites from your body simultaneously and very quickly. A good formula will enable you to see the evidence in your toilet almost instantly. The following are some of the evidence that you can expect to see.

Yeast Debris:

  • Cotton- or hair-like stuff floating in the urine.
  • Mucous in the urine or stool
  • Cloudy urine
  • Dark-colored urine with foul odor
Eggs of Parasites:
  • Sesame seed-like stuff in the stool
  • Sunflower seed-like stuff in the stool
  • Broken corn-like stuff in the stool
  • White or colored specks in the stool
Worms:
  • Pin worms: Undigested fiber-like stuff sticking out from the stool, or tiny pin-like stuff floating in the toilet
  • Hook worms: Spaghetti-like stuff in the stool
  • Flat worms: Dark green-colored, broken tree leaf-like stuff dancing in the water when the toilet is flushed
The above are most commonly seen among people in Northern America. Not only do these terrorists within (yeast and parasites) suck your energy, they also deposit toxins after they have a rock ‘n roll party in your body. That’s why you often feel fatigued and suffer lots of allergic reactions.

Cleansing the Debris and Toxins
When you take a good formula to remove excess yeast and parasites from your body, the “civil war” begins immediately. Quickly, there will be defeated bodies of yeast and parasites on the battlefield (your body). Therefore, you need to take a formula designed to flush the debris and toxins.
